Not if that persons life is in danger or if they are deemed mentally unfit to make that choice for themselves. My daughter is anorexic and I know I am able to force feed her via a feeding tube and it is NOT illegal in Michigan.

The definition of Force-Feeding is, "the practice of feeding a person or an animal against his, her or its will". Any thing against the will is considered illegal.

It depends on if the person is mentally competent. If they are not competent to make decisions for themselves then yes they can have a feeding tube inserted against their will. It's sad but the person has no knowledge of why he must eat to survive so that's why it is done. I say for every person who pulls out their tube and can't speak ,they do know and this gesture is saying that they don't want it.

Christians try force feeding me all the time and they get away with it,so probably not.

Depends on what you mean to force feed. If they can clearly say no and dont want to eat. you cant make them eat. if they are out of their mind and dont know who they are then no you can feed them because they dont know what they don't want and want. so it depends on the person and why you trying to force feed them.

No but if you force someone especially a child to eat the it will result to overeating. The person gets depressed and eats in large amounts, resulting to obesity.
