Depends where its from. Alot of customer care now-a-days are not worth what the companies are paying for. When I first started working I grew a sense of "do your job their paying you" feel. So every job I had to deal with customers in I gave utter respect (sir and ma'am). Feeling that way lead me to be let down by others that do not do their jobs. So in the long run it could be helpful, if they did their job.

not always but sometimes I got a violation for saying I would miss you guys when I went in the hospital and I questioned it and they did not do anything about it. I said going to the hospital for a stay I will miss you will you miss me and got violated? Not sure why but I did! It is OK though I am out now and getting stronger everyday but ouch that violation hurt I follow rules and stay inside the lines...
