Ok so I just asked the question about missing birth control. I was supposed to start the active pills on Sunday but had no way to get to the pharmacy to pick them up, so I can get them later today, what should I do since I will have already missed Sunday and Monday. Should I just skip the month of December and start back up in January? If I did that would there be any side affects like more of a chance to get blood clots or anything? Sorry to ask so many questions but i could really use the help. Thanks!

start taking them as if you never skipped 2 days but id give it a week b4 you have unprotected sex to be safe enless you have been on the pill for more then a year or so but im not doctor just taken in experience and from a few classes

Please, read the pamphlet that comes with the pack!
Or google your pill brand and find out what to do when missing two pills in a row.
MY pill pamphlet/website tells me to "If you miss two doses (days) in a row, take 2 tablets for the next 2 days, then, continue with your regular schedule. Whenever 1 or 2 doses are missed, you should use a second method of contraception for the next 7 days in addition to taking the pills. If you miss three doses in a row, you should notify your physician or other health care professional for instructions."
Why skip a month? You would basically be starting all over again with birth control pills, when you don't actually need to do that.
When you pick up your pills, read the pamphlet or talk to the pharmacist or talk to your doctor about what to do. Or google your pill.

Birth control pills have serious side effects on your body physically and mentally and you will have to pay the price. Use the condom, safe and free from aids and STD. Take care of your body, its not worth two minutes of pleasure and a life time of pain.

from experience i wouldn't take sunday and monday because you might vomit i would just start the pack now and use a back up method for this month

Its usually okay if you miss 2 to take them both when you get them. Read the info pamphlet in your pack, that will tell you.
