Here is the website for the Lagos Island bank. It was really easy to find and has all of their information. Try googling it before you post on Answers, it would save you some time.

I am not sure that this exists. There is an ACB Inter Bank plc, but not at that address.
I suspect that this is a scam and if you have received a communication from them then my advice is to ignore it completely.

I wouldn't do any banking in Lagos unless you want to be cheated and sucked dry!! It is in Nigeria.
