From what I understand there was a car accident, involving the police and 2 youths were killed...and now there are riots...

Could someone give me more detail or perhaps an English link newspage?

You know it's serious when both a police station and a McDonald's burn to the ground!

I think Trinkard got it right, here's a news link for you. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071127/ap_on_re_eu/france_violence
Sounds like the people there like to riot anytime someone gets killed by acting stupid and the police happen to be around. Both the 2005 and 2007 riots are claimed to be caused by oppression, if France don't want these people there they should just deport them.

The police, as usual won't face any charges of murder and will probably be on paid holiday by now. This is what the public pay taxes for so the police can murder them, maybe i should beat myself up. it'd be cheaper?
