my boss is so nasty i really need a new job but its a bad time of the year ,she is always putting me down is anyone else going thrugh something similar and how are you handaling it

I experienced this to the point of anxiety. Other co-workers could see it, too. When people complained to the woman that she was picking on me she denied it. I finally quit. And guess what--after working with her my whole career, she quit, too!
I tried different ways to handle it. Not speaking unless I had to. Bringing her gifts on Chirstmas and birthday. Whatever I did it was unnacceptable in her eyes even tho I got 'best possible' on my job reviews with my boss. It was nursing. I gave a child a choice of 2 flavors of pop-sicle, and he chose 1. She had a fit saying don't give a child a whole box of pop-sicles, which is not what I was doing. AAAAhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I used to have a boss like that. I turned her in to Human Resources. After some counseling, she got better.

you will always get into this type of situation i know i get i just dont get along with some of my managers and supervisors and it's not my fault it just that they dont like me n i dont like them so i worked for a while than i got pissed off cause they always gave me the **** jobs and i left and now they have a BIG problem cause it's Xmass and they dont have enough stuff on top of that 9 ppl including me have left that job :D
