"The standard of living of a country depends on the economic condition of that country, if the economic structure is not good, then the standard of living is not well, Economically rich countrys have the hight norm in the world, and undeveloped countrys get lowest norm, But the question is how and when this difference will be removed?.

when I.M.F. and world bank will stop charging interest on loans given to poor countries. a very large part of their budget goes to service those loans.. or they should stop giving loans so thees countries after some time will learn to stand on their feet

This is a fine subject for discussion.
The developed countries must lavishly help the under developed countries for attaining full development.
This may be either grant-in- aid or loans and advances through world bank /IMF.
When will this difference removed?
This is to decided by people all over the world.
The rulers can also improve the speed of development.
A universal strategy shall be evolved for increased over all development.
UNO can also participate and contribute in the direction.
W Ehope that in the end of 21st centuary will witness for
such an overall development in all the continent.through globalisation.

When will the difference is standards of living of every country in the world end?
Not as long as thier are more than one country.
But so what. Norway might have a higher standard of living than the US, but I don't want to live there, do you?
Who wants every country to be the same? Boring.
Although ending poverty is a good goal, I don't think trying to make the standard of living in every country the same has many merits.

This difference will be removed if and only if the developed countries allow the underdeveloped countries to govern their countries without any form of "unnecessary external interference". Underdeveloped countries can developed gradually on their own and catch up with the developed ones at the right time.
