you might possibly have endometriosis which is something i have.. it is very common with women and whilst it is not a fatal illness it can often stop women from falling pregnant. if i was you, id go see a gyno and ask for a laparoscopy (i know thats not how its spelt) but that way they can see the insides of you and see whats going on.. best of luck.

I know it sounds daft but try not to worry. When you worry your body produces too much cortisol and narrows your arteries that can make cramps worse.
Your pain could be lots of things - the lack of energy is most likely related - either a symptom of the underlying cause or due to the amount of pain you are in.
If it is related to your reproductive organs, you should notice a difference at different times of the month, possible pain during sex, changes in your cycle.
If it is not to do with that, you could have a GI problem, as simple as an allergy to a certain food, or more complicated.
My advice would be to keep pushing for help from the doctors - they don't intentionally not help you but the more pushing you give them that something is still not better then more attention they will pay to you. You could try and help by cutting out certain foods/activities and seeing if that helps.
Good luck!

They kept telling me that. Kept telling me it was IBS, all sorts.
I had a history of dysmenorhoea and ovarian cysts - so they did some scans at 6 week intervals so they couldn't even tell if it was the same cyst or a new one. Sent me the rounds of all the gut doctors (the gynae bod who did a laparoscopy couldn't see anything so immediately told me I was depressed!)
Upshot was, I saw a competent gynaecologist privately and was promptly booked in for a hysterectomy etc after a load of tests, all on the NHS. I'm still not 100% but at least I can walk etc now - it used to take me 15 mins to travel the 200 yards from my frontdoor to the GPs surgery.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/iTgK5

It could be a few things..endometriosis, IBS, constipation, or a hernia..and others I'm unaware of. Try going to a doctor again and have them do more tests including an ultrasound.

Endometriosis is a definite possibility as is something going on with the bladder but the only way to find out for sure is to consult a gynecologist to see what they think.
