i was on microgyon on 4.5 years then went on the depo for a year but that didnt agree with me so went back on microgyon but since going on it again i suffered terrible migraines that make me feel sick and i keep breaking out in spots, do you think my pill could be too strong for me? is the pill causing the problems do you think?

Yes, this could be the pill causing this. I know of someone it happened to. They had been on the pill without problems for several years, then switched medications for a time (the other medication didn't work) and so she went back on the pill and ended up with horrible migraines.
I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to let them know you are concerned about these headaches.
