Yup I have noticed the same thing too. Everytime I hear a late night tv show, or any comedy or any show like sienfield or all of them you always will hear something about sex direct or indirect. When I was about 8-16 I remember some movies even a siloette of someone nude was pushing the envelope. Now its in your face. I even saw a commercial thats on now for various sex toys one number for one and another for women. It comes on at about 3am on monday mornings. And the thing is that they show them on HGTV as an infomercial. Aint that crazy I still cant believe it.

Because of the freaks who wear them while doing freaky things on PornHub. Our solar system? Jupiter. But I'm partial to the one with the diamond core in constellation Centaurus.

Sex sells! It peaks everyone's interest so any reference of it is usually promising marketing. My art teacher used to teach us that for good marketing, you must have sex, animals and babies. But not necessary together. :P
As for conversations, it's just a topic people like discussing and joking about. It's still somewhat taboo to discuss it openly so when people do, it is humorous usually because of the shock factor.
No one is becoming close minded. If anything, the world is getting more open minded because there is more freedom to express subjects that were previously thought of as taboo. :)

Thats a great question. Ive wondered it myself. Seems like every other hiphop song is rapping about how cool it is to cheat on someone. No wonder a girl cant find a good faithful man(and vice-versa) these days!

Because everybody does it.. Everybody likes it.. We all want to be great at it....and it's good excercise.!..Actually, we've become more open minded about it. We feel free to talk about it, discuss it, look at it, and enjoy it. Thing's used to different... It used to be "Taboo", to show any interest in sex, let alone talk about it, or admit to wanting it. Hush hush was what our society has done in the past, keep it to yourself, and only share it with your partner is how it used to be. It's nothing to be ashamed of people finally realized, so why not shout it from the rooftops....EH??

Its all around, isnt it? As for media, i think sex sells. As for in conversations, i think people dont seem to entirely mature about sex and like to have a joke about it - this isnt bad though, its supposed to be fun.

maybe people cant think of any response that doesnt include sexual innuendo.its refreshing to see or hear something that doesnt rely on sex to make it interesting or funny.
