No-one is really in power. Heads of state do what they need to in order to stay in power and they cannot make unpopular decisions without losing office. This is because of the media. The media aren't in power either because they can only follow current popular trends. If they buck the trend they will become unpopular. The people aren't in power either because their opinions are controlled by advertising, the media and propaganda. These are controlled by the multinationals. Multinationals do whatever the shareholders want. Many of the shares are held by organisations such as pension schemes or investment schemes, which are legally obliged to derive the maximum return on their cash. These are controlled by the employers and private individuals who pay into the funds. This goes on and on, and there is no point where the buck stops. There is no power anywhere. We are all totally enslaved and exploited by each other, from George W to people starving in Africa, it's just that some people are luckier than others.

The global leader isn't a single individual,it is an league of the world's nations's representatives known as the United Nations

Only God is the global leader. But He is betrayed by people having an allegiance with the devil.
Like our politicians when they send us to war.
When they deliberately create poverty and homelessness and let banks ruin people's lives.
Look to God for leadership !
Share money, pay tax, be a good citizen (but do not join the military).
Get educated, work at the UN, bring peace.
Vote for peace and democracy.
Choose your leader for good who will lead well !
God is leading us all, but beware of the Devil !
