I do believe in magic. I'm Catholic but i do. It's hard to explain why, i've never seen it or heard it. But i believe, and i feel it.
Now, what do people mean by real magic? amnd wht's the differences between magic and magick? How many types of magics are there? Do you believe fairies mermaids genies angles and gnomes exists? If you do, how is it explained? What about wicca, can you tell me more about it? How do Wiccans use and practice magic? What is the Craft? Do you believe in those flying people and paranorm,al things?
I believe, i really do. i can't keep myself from that. I love wizardology and sorcery and witch craft. I know many people don't. Have you seen magic? can you tell me what magic does? Can you please explain?
Again, i believe. And i hope, somebody could answer all my question marks above. And thabk you for your help.

Everybody practices magic, even if they don't recognize it as such. Affirmations are a type of magic, as is prayer, although prayer is asking for someone else to do the magic for you. I practice magic in my every day life.
Wicca, or witchcraft, is a way of using rituals for focussing the mind, and enhancing the magic. Christians do the same.
Whether or not the magic actually works depends on your integrity and honesty in what you are doing. There are a myriad other factors, too, but I won't go into that here.

I do believe in macro entities which are conscious beings who live in other dimentions of reality. An analogy of their existence could be a human looking at an ant hill. They are ever present, but we do not percieve them. Some occultists believe that you can gain power, by communicating with them. They can be good and bad or neutral. One way in which people communicate with them is through the use of psycotropic drugs such as Psilocybin that is why you will often see fairies sitting on mushrooms and the like. Most wiccans do not recommend ripping the senses open so drastically as this may lead to insanity because the person may not be able to assimilate the experience into their model of reality. They prescribe herbs and meditation techiniques over time to gently open the doors of perception. Spells are thought to be the language of these entities, chants may have syllables which are alien to our understanding of language. Some people call this the language of god, like the torah or the bhagavad gita. Others like Terrance Mckenna believe that the universe is formed by language, and that by knowing the language you can ultimately change reality.

Some wiccans believe in the three fold law. Basically it states - what energy you put out, comes back three fold, good or bad. So think of the universe as a conductor of thought energy. For instance if you cast a spell to kill your enemy and it's unwaranted then your enemy might have a head on collision with your grampa.

Many people who practice real magick use the "k" to distinguish it from David Copperfield stage magic and illusion.

There is really only one type of magick. It is the act of changing the world through an act of will. But, there are many ways of accomplishing this, from intense concentration to elaborate rituals and spells.

I'm Wiccan, and I've always used magick to accomplish practical things, like to protect my home and family, to help overcome obstacles like job searches. The Craft refers to "the craft of the wise," an old way of reffering to witchcraft.

No, people can't physically fly, but is possible to let your spirit travel far and wide, if you have the aptitude and training for it. As for mermaids, fairies and such--many of them do exist. I've had encounters with dragons, fey, and (on one memorable occasion) a unicorn. Can't speak for mermaids and genies, but why not?

Belief is a wonderful thing. There are many things that the open mind and believing heart can see that those who are more close-minded are blind to. So keep those eyes unclouded dear, and blessed be in your journey.

Wicca(sometimes referred to as witchcraft) is the belief/understanding in the energies that surround us in this world. We know(not believe, or think, but know)that there is more to life than can be understood by science or theology.

Magic is a term usually used in terms of trickery/illusions,(card tricks, rabbits in hats etc..)Magick is the ability to work with the energies of the earth. There is only one true magick, the only difference is whether you use if for bad or good(black or white).

The majority of Wiccans (I don't want to speak for all of them)follow the old Celtic beliefs which do involve traditional tales and beliefs of Faeries, gnomes, sprites, and other beings of magick.mermaids, genies, angels,.those are of a totally different genre.Faeries themself have a long, complicated extensive history that I am not about indulge here.I'll just say that they where the first magickal beings to inhabit Ireland(Tuatha De Dennann).Wiccans practice Magick by a series of meditations, prayers and spells. That is all I care to share with you at the moment. There is lots of information out there if you want more info.(Wicca for the Solitary Practitioner-Daniel Cunningham is a good book to learn with)

Waaaay too complicated.

If you want to kill someone, why use a spell, pull out a nine mil.

If you want to charm someone, why try a love spell when you can slip them some e?

If you want to have a million bucks, why use magic when you can rob a bank?

If you want spiritual support...you know where this one is going...

If you want to know the future, why not make it yourself?

If you wish to heal someone, become a doctor.

As i said, even if magic existed, there are easier ways to do things....

howdy, hmmmmmm i agree and feel u should invest in some good reading materials, start with the basics eg look up witch craft, wicca and choose a book that u feel comfortable with, some peoples get to wound up or misguided about these things and forget what its really about, not spells to make joe bloogs love u 4 ever, but a look into something very meaningful.u mite want to take notes write things down and get them out. i dont believe in EVERYTHING but i love dragons, crystals, tarot, herbal remidies runes etc, mythology etc GO 4 GOLD!! u will expand yr understandings

also quick thought if u have them wer u live attend gypsy fairs, spirituality fairs etc, walk and talk wit the merchants (some of them are genuine!) ask around and be safe wit the choices u make

Read a book, join a wicken religion? I don't know, it's better to read up on things before you get into something your are unsure of. Magic? You know your Father up above talks about it.
It's one thing to be interested in magic but it's another thing to meddle in it.
