Seems like you read my mind...........I just conversed with myself 10 minutes ago before I came online and suddenly I came across to this question..Nothing I got angry to myself today and wanted to punish me...why?because I forgot to take the bloody cotton off my patient's tooth after the extraction.........glad it wasn't one of those dental instruments..hehehehe..............

yeah iam talking to myself all teh time whenever iam left alone no body to talk to so i talk to myself and we disscuss everything i do myself blames me and i blame her too

If I think that I should go to sleep when I get off work ( I am working now the 7p.m. to 7 a.m. shift.... or if I should sleep and then do my errands ) I am thinking I will go home, do my errands and then go to bed

seriously! how did you know,i was talking to myself about the kids room,on where to put the new furniture and i was talking out aloud and my kids wanted to know who i was talking to. 3:o) cheers
