Green is across from Red on the color wheel, therefore they are complements. Mixing them together, however, will create a gray.

If you do a Google search for color wheel, you will see an example of a color wheel and learn which colors complement each other.

Best wishes!

The best colors that compliments red is blue, black, white , and yellow

Most NBA teams use red and white or red and blue but its your choice.

I believe that red and black or red and white are a better match cause its cool.

Green is the standard 'complementary colour' but it might give a Christmassy effect, unless that was what you were going for.
