Depending on the body frame as well a good weight may be around 135 or 140 lbs. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

Weight and height alone are not really sufficient criteria to judge health and attractiveness, largely because there are so many other factors involved. Body fat percentage is a much more effective way to judge, and you generally want to keep that between 21% and 33% for a female, depending on your age. There are many different methods to determine body fat percentage, including quite a few online calculators, but if you are really concerned, you can probably go to a health club in your area and ask assistance from a personal trainer. Just remember that it is very dependent on muscle mass and bone structure. However, if you want a (very) general criteria for weight, the Army weight standards say that you should weigh NO LESS than 117, and no more than 156 for a 21 - 27 year old. Just keep in mind that those standards are for people who are expected to maintain a regular workout program and a higher standard of physical fitness overall.
