We do something different every year. Each year we try something new. This year we had Polish food, my husband is Polish, a few years ago we went Mexican, before that we tried a traditional Greek meal, etc..etc..etc... Thanksgiving is for celebrating all the things that make this country a great country and we want to know something, even if it's only their food, from all the people and their cultures, that made the first Thanksgiving and all the ones since then possible.

I'll tell ya what I'm planning for Turkey Day 08, since 07's already passed...
I'll be going to school on the East Coast [USA] by then, so I'll go up to where my Dad's side of the family lives and eat with them. And my parents/fiance/brother might come out to join us!
It'll be amazing either way!!
