If you don't understand it, thank God or somebody. Until you've suffered the losses and pain yourself, you'll never understand it! It's like a man trying to understand what it's like to be a woman. A woman trying to figure out what it's like to be a man, black man to white, white man to black, etcetera and so forth.

Until you've experienced it, you'll never understand. Suicidal people have suffered grave loss or trauma throughout their lives. They've reached a point where it's painful to exist. Death seems the answer to end the constant pain. How do they get like that? The process varies. To give you a limited example: You see a ship slip beneath the waves and wonder, “Why are so many ships still sinking? What causes them to sink? Why don’t they stop sinking? How did they get like that?” What you’re missing is the critical hull damage that the ships sustained 12 – 36 hours before they slipped beneath the waves. By the time you’re recognizing suicidal people, it’s already to late because they’re foundering and in their death throws.

There is no circumstance that can justify someone taking his or her own life. People commit this act because of self-pity, anger, bitterness, vengeful thoughts or ways, unhealthy fears, etc., that have caused problems in some of their most important relationships.

However, suicide only serves to bring devastation to loved ones you never intend to hurt; emotional scars that will have to be dealt with the rest of their lives.

Because people are cowards and can face life,
they think their life is horrible or just dont care about it,
In reality many others have a worst life than them but they never give up and keep trying,

these people should learn to value their lives more, do something useful rather than something stupid

Quite simply, the pain of life is too much to bear. Some do it because of some cataclismic event they feel they cannot overcome. Some because of physical pain. And alot because the emotional weight is too much to carry. Also, the fear of the unknown has been overcome by the fire of the present.
