Is it me or is President Gloria Arroyo really screwing up?

More and more scandals. Bomb explosions. Suicide because of poverty.

I think she wasn't fairly elected because of the "Hello Garci" scandal, where she called the Commission of Elections Chairman to rig the votes.

We choose leaders based upon their best points. We then judge them on their worst points. Journalists tend towards the negative because good news doesn't sell that well.
Shame on her if she raised the level of expectation above what is possible. But, most of the bad news would have happened with or without her. If she was fairly elected, give her a fair chance.
