Sweden and Denmark, Great Britain who are members of EU. Norway had its own kronor and not a EU member as well as Iceland. Schweitz is not a member of EU and I do not know if Andorra, Lichtenstein and San Marino is and Luxembourg are. All the other memberstates have accepted the Euro or will in a near future. That doesn't mean that you can't use the Euro in the above mentioned couturiers.

UK and Denmark, they have a special status allowing them to decide when (and if) they will join the euro area.
Sweden turned down the euro in a 2003 referendum.
