Do I need a permit to have a prenuptial photo shoot in UP (University of the Philippines)?

Nope. During our thesis days last year, we would always shoot at the lagoon area, and we'd often see photographers and couples doing prenup shoots there (it was actually fun watching them doing all the cheesy poses lol). There are roaming guards but they're just more after the safety, so you don't have to worry about being shooed away. Good luck.
