Kanda from D.gray-man. Doesn't give a crap about other finders or exorcists, and doesn't care if his allies die. Cold hearted much? He's still a kickass character though.
Or Byakuya from Bleach. No emotion, not even when Rukia was being executed. But then he realises she means more to him, and becomes a little nicer. Still refuses to help Ichigo with the Bounts later on.
Both show little, or no emotion.

Aside from the ones that you've already mentioned, I would have to say:
1. Sesshoumaru from Inuyasha: Other than Itachi, I've never seen a more stoic, relaxed killing machine. He's also very quick to where he's almost undetectable and nearly flawless with all his attacks, some of which are extremely powerful but don't even require for him to move from where he's standing. Even when he is engaged in a full-out fight, he still wears a stiff pokerface. Also, he absolutely hates his half-brother, Inuyasha, and despite respecting him a little more later on in the series, Sesshoumaru will not hesitate to bust a cap in his **** if he needs to. He bears absolutely no remorse for anything or anyone he annihilates, and his personality is so low key that he comes off more as some mysterious being or an enigma. He knows what he wants and will stop at nothing to get it unless he finally sees no point to it, because being the son of the former ruler of the Western Lands, he knows how to keep it classy. Yet, he's never overly pompous, other than the fact that he takes a lot of pride in being a full-fledged demon.
Not to mention, he manages to do all this with only ONE ARM. Now THAT is BADASS.
2. Mugen from Samurai Champloo: When it comes down to it, this guy is just crazy sometimes. He attacks with blind fury and has some badass, unrivaled moves. He bears the whole rough exterior: no emotion and no regret, and most of the time he doesn't (and I quote) "give a rat's a**". However, towards the end of the series, we do get to see a lot more of his personality and actually witness him regret killing ONE person. It seems that he does have some softness to him and that his nonchalant and rebellious attitude is due to the fact that he's had it extremely harder than most. But whatever. This is all coming from a guy who likes to kill and fight for fun, who broke the Magistrate's son's fingers to pass time, and who even after getting stabbed, beaten, and shot with a gun can still manage to stay alive and keep walking.
How badass can you get?!
3. Kuchiki Byakuya from Bleach: Last but not least, is Kuchicki-taichou. You'd think playing by the rules would make someone a complete p*ssy, but not this guy, oh no. Byakuya is anything BUT that. Going by the book has turned him into a stone cold, hard, emotion-less, arrogant, ultra-rich bastard, asswipe, son-of-a-*****, who you can't help but think is so cool and badass. When he's first introduced in the series, we would've never known from his cool, calm exterior that he was actually Rukia's older brother. I mean, the man just stood there and watched as his leiutenant tried to beat the hell out of her. Not only did he have her detained in his squad's cell, he even had the audacity to tell Rukia himself that she was going to be executed. On top of that, he did absolutely nothing to stop it. Ice cold. Yeah, okay, so he did save her at the VERY LAST MINUTE. But we all know what would've happened if Ichigo weren't there or if they hadn't figured out what the real deal was.
He's also extremely strong and lightning fast, although maybe not as fast as Yoruichi, but that's not the point. He's strong and fast enough to where, like Sesshoumaru and Itachi, he doesn't even seem to move or break a sweat when he attacks. When Ichigo first encountered him, he didn't even see Byakuya draw out his zanpaktou. He also beat the hell out of Renji, his own vice-captain, and didn't even get one speck of blood on that pretty scarf of his after using his bankai. After the fight, he pretty much left Renji to die, but gave him his scarf, as if it would help. The only time he ever did show emotion was when he was surprised, and even so, all he does is widen his eyes.
Yeah, it's true that inside he was torn during the whole Soul Society arc, but the point is that he showed absolutely no outward emotion concerning those thoughts, nor did he let them get in the way of what he had to do. Simply put, this dude is allllll badass.

If B.A. means Bad A. i would have to say either Itachi or Hagi from Blood + or even Kenshin from Ruroni Kenshin. His roles in the OVA made him look lieka true killer. He killed on cue and killed for fun.
He was Murderous, but then he just had to go and soften up. :(
But yes, again I say Itachi, Hagi, sometimes Ichigo or Byakuya Kuchiki from Bleach and Kenshin from Ruroni Kenshin.

Itachi from naruto definately. He kills, oh well. He killed his whole freaking clan and like you said, it's like he's watching a movie where they tried to be funny but it just wasn't! Any picture or video of him from the real show or manga is him with his relaxed expression and his either: evil smirk meaning: your gonna die or I won or the emotionless look that he always has.
Light too. I mean, he killed off all those people like they were used toys or something.

I would say Dutch from Black Lagoon having the respect of three mafia leaders and being feared by them at the same time it tells me to not double cross him.
I would also add Balalaika from Black Lagoon.
