I am a guy and I have worn a wedding dress. It is great and I love it! The bodice is tight and makes you look and feel very feminine with a slim waist. The skirt just flows like a river of silk. Top it off with a veil and some stockings with high heels to match.
I would highly recommend you try on a wedding dress or gown sometime. It is one of the most feminine things you can do! You won't regret it!

Personally I really don't like it. Puffy is SOO not the way to go. and honestly it depends on the material and design of the dress.
But I can tell you what is a given. You feel dressed up and sometimes very like when your a teen and wearing your mom's wedding dress. You also get cold pretty quick. Mostly the puff of the skirt stays away from your skin so you feel kind of weird and bare.
I like the sleek look better. It feels better too.

In a wedding dress, you feel rather straightened, becuase the bodice tries to maintain your stature, but a puffy skirt is fun! You can twirl, dace, puff, and do just about anything with it!
They might get a little itchy thoughhh

First, find a quiet spot where you can be alone. Wrap a few towels, sheets, even pillowcases around your waist, sway your hips a bit, and --maybe with a hint of fabric chunkiness-- you'll get the general idea. Hope it helps! ;o)

cons:
-sometimes when you go to the bathroom it gets stuck in your underwear.
-one time on a cruise ship I was wearing a big skirt and it was windy and it blew upwards over my head. everyone saw my underwear. (and one time at a restaurant, my skirt fell off...but I think that can happen with pants too.)
pros:
-You can feel your freshly shaven legs underneath and rub them together. and there's warmth.

Peronally I h8 wearin' skirts, let alone a puffy one!! But yeah, u should try it urself!! LOL
