and don't say "herbal tea". Yuck!

I just got home from work and my daughter, who is two, will be up in about six hours. I don't do well with less than eight hours of sleep, but I'm doing what I have to do to pay the bills.

Serious answers only, please!

I have the exact same problem i keep thinking ahead, like i keep saying i'm gonna be up in about 6 hours, so you gotta stop doing that. One tym i tried to knock myself out to sleep by running my head to the wall and it did not work, so i turned all the clocks off and kept saying to myself i do'nt give a **** anymore if i don't get some sleep(reverse psychology stuff) and it worked.

no way is 100% fool proof
Take a bath with lavendar.
Make yourself warm but not too warm and comfy in bed.
Warm milk
Count sheep or find a very boring topic and go down the alphabet and find a word for each letter of the alphabet relating to it. Works for me everynight
