Soap and warm water, marshmallows are basically sugar and sugar is water soluble. I would soak and prewash them in a large tub of some sort because you don't want to risk getting any chunks of marshmallow into your washer's innards.
Solvents like Goof Off or naphtha won't go any good. Fortunately marshmallow is a lot easier to remove then gum.

Get a tub or barrel of some sort and mix in some tide laundry detergent with borax. Stir it to be certain it is dissolved and then soak the sheet overnight. The worst of the marshmallow should melt. Dump the sheet and soapy water right into the washing machine and wash in hot water. You want to keep the sticky stuff melted and flowing. Check for any leftover mess before drying or the heat of the dryer will make it worse......

Marshmallow is made from cooked sugar, so the easiest way to remvoe it would be to melt it. Wash the sheets in hot water. Check to make sure that the sugar is out before drying.
If you can't use hot water, try an ice cube to freeze the marshmallow and then scrape off as much as you can. Now use lots of cold water to dissolve the sugar. You might want to soak the sheets overnight to dissolve the sugar. Wash as usual

Or lighter fluid. Pretty much any kind of organic solvent will work well. There are 2 things to remember:
1.try the solvent on a small corner first to make sure it will not damage the sheets.
2. Make sure you are in a well ventilated area; outside would be best.

1] scrape off what you can
2] wash in cold water - like the person above me said, it's mostly sugar and water, so should wash out OK - I've washed out a lot worse stuff!
PS: make sure it is all out before you dry it!
