I literally wiped my rear after taking a dump because I am so p'eed off about it. I have a life, and they call me to come in on my ONE day off. So I wen to the bathroom and used the summons as toilet paper. I refuse to show up. What are the chances I will be fined (or arrested)? I think its very slim, right?

Okay, don't go but I don't ever want you to complain about the American Justice system. As a juror, you are the government. You decide the law. You are essential to the government and a fair justice system. With your attitude, I wouldn't want you on my jury. You sound like you don't have common sense. Some people have to lose work to do jury duty. You're lucky you already had the day off. You get free food, $10 bucks and compensation for mileage and a chance to change the laws and affect someone's life possibily for the rest of their life....what a let down as a fellow American.

Chances of getting arrested? On a scale of 1 to 10, about a 10.

Probably no big deal - they would cull you out in Jury Selection anyway.

NICE!!! I fail to see how jury duty is anything less than forced servitude.

And for the dumbass "Lisa" who cleverly points out "With your attitude, I wouldn't want you on my jury," guess what? HE ISN'T ON A JURY! That is the whole point, or did you forget to read the entire question?
