Please forgive my abruptness...

You really ought to put a little more thought and/or details into this question.

How can you get "duties" of which job? What do you know about Administration? What do you know about HR? Do you have any previous experience in either category? What skills do you have?

After the basic degree, do MBA (HR), or, do a good diploma course in personnel management: or, BBA or Sociology, reinforced by a course in HR&Admin.! Do well in your studies and project work, you are sure to get a good position as you want, in Admin&HR field; do well, and you will really find a good career, enjoyable and paying! Good luck!
