I'm 16 years old and I've had these bumps on my scrotum since I was eleven or twelve. They then began to appear on the lower half of my shaft when I was thirteen. These bumps are not all the same. Some are round, some are a haphazard shape. They're not in monotonous sequences but rather random in order, shape, and size. They don't hurt, unless I try and pop one, which I cannot do. They don't change. Once they appear, they stay in the exact formation. They're white. Kind of glossy looking. I hate them. Can they be removed?

No, they aren't Fordyce's spots. I checked an image and these bumps are much larger, and not as small. Fordyce's spots seem to be round, while a lot of mine very odd in shape.

It sounds like Fordyce's spots. Google the term and look for an image. If that is not what you have post back and I will diagnose again. Fordyce's spots are very very common and plenty of men have them. You can not remove them (at least there is no proven method) But there are plenty of homemade (and sometimes crazy) methods, none of which really work.

i forgot.....
have them frozen off witch a docter can only do
DANGER: DONT DO ANY OF THESE AT HOME BUT ONLY A DOCTER.
also have them burned off. but first have a docter check them out. your genitailia should be checked every 3 months to evry three 3 years.

with warts down there thats a yellow light and a red flag
the docter might urin and/or blood test you after examination
and possibly pook you with a needle or take anti-biotics
i belive that it sounds like youll be taking anti biotgics for a month or two.

but there may be a chance of having engrown public hair underneath a layer if thats possible you may be goin under physicle theropy such as sanding some skin off by one layer.
but youll be numbed up first.

They are just hair follicles. Look close enough to a man's penis and you will see we all have them.

The skin is very thin and the hair follicles have nowhere to go so they sit sort of sideways just under the skin. Don't try to pop them. You will get an infection.

well it either one of two things either its hair bumps which is the most likely scenario or dirt bumps like if you don't wash them well but if its hair bumps like i think don't worry about them its not unusual for them not to change not all hair bumps can be squeezed so you have to rip the hair out by the root to get the bump to disappear but i wouldn't if i was you. you can try some ointments for hair bump and razor bump to see if it helps or you can got to you parents and ask
