What kind of gifts do you hate getting?

I still get stuffed animals from a few of my friends and they disappoint me every time. Come on we're girls, is that the best you can do?

I mean I like it if guys would give me stuffed animals cause that would make sense.

Sorry. I just feel like ranting today. Forgive me for making you read so much.

I agree with you, lol. Sometimes you wonder what others were thinking when they buy gifts. I hate getting a gift that I absolutely have no interest in whatsoever. =X
You know, the ones where you open them and you're thinking, "Where did they ever get the idea that I would like such a thing like this...?!"
It's always so hard to find the nicest words possible to say to that person, that don't sound like you're lying..lol.
Those kinda gifts, and the situation that goes along with it always sucks.

Well, my all time least favorite gifts ....
1. clothes that don't fit
2. cigar humidore ( I don't smoke cigars)
3. fondue set (what am I suppose to do with this???)

I donated the clothes to charity. The other things are still in boxes, I should "regift" them :D

I don't really mind much of anything, as long as I know that it came from the heart. Hand made gifts made specially for me are really nice. I can't really think of anything I wouldn't appreciate in at least some way.

I hate hating gifts...

but the really cheap dollar store gifts/stocking stuffers always make me mad

I give everyone something super special
and I get a stupid keychain from the dollar store

Here's my favorite. My aunt last year got me this lint thing to clean lint out of my dryer. She is the best at those whack gifts. Like she'll send them to your house from the North pole. I won't say I hate it, it's quite funny. my son got me some golf tees from the Santa shop at school. I thought it was kinda cute.

I don't enjoy getting gifts that I know didn't come from the heart. One's that are very impersonal and you can tell not much thought was put into it.

When people give me cold impersonal gifts, you could at least give me money or something, when you get something they know you dont even like, just doesnt make sense and is a waste! you know?

I hate getting clothes. Usually it's the wrong size, or style. Please don't buy me anything from hot topic, ya know?
Just give me the $ or € and I'll do the same. LOL

i don't like getting gift cards because it shows that they did not put much thought into my gift :) And it's usually to a store that I hardly ever go to...
