Whats the difference between intracommunal and intercommunal?

I understand that inter-communal is Existing or occurring between communities...

and I believe intra-communal must mean within...due to the intra...

"Intra" means within the same community; "inter" means that something involves two or more communities. I think you figured it out just fine :-)
