No your milk comes in after the delivery usually. But at the moment that white stuff you squeez out is colostrum totally normal. Don't worry your milk should come 2 days after delivery maybe 1

Most women don't produce milk until the last couple weeks of pregnancy or after delivering, especially their first time around. With my first, I didn't leak any milk until he was born, and I never had any trouble producing enough! This time, I've been leaking colostrum since 9 weeks.
If you squeeze and some liquid comes out, you ARE already producing colostrum. That's exactly what other women produce during pregnancy. You milk will not come in until a few days after the baby is born; he or she will thrive on your colostrum (it's packed with nutrients!) until your milk comes in.

the first stuff your breasts produce is Colostrum which is thicker and creamy in texture with a white/yellow colour. This 'first milk' has all the nutrients and antibodies your baby needs to get some immunity straight away.
You can start to produce this early in pregnancy, then by about 2-4 days after birth your actual milk will come in and you will know it because your breasts will become much bigger and leakier! Get some breast pads handy! It is also much runnier and more of a clear white colour.
Don't worry too much and don't try and squeeze anything out. Just let nature take its course and you and your breasts wil be fine to breastfeed.
best of luck

You don't produce milk until after you deliver unless you are already breastfeeding when you concieve.
You will produce some colostrum, and continue to secrete some for several days after you deliver, when the 'mature' breast milk will develop. IF you breastfeed. You must stimulate it for it to come in, by nursing the baby.

You won't start producing actual milk until after delivery. Right now what you are producing is colostrum. Stop squeezing your nipples though, because you don't want to trigger them to start producing milk...that would lead to a painful 8 weeks ahead of you.

the creamy stuff is called colostrum, that is what baby will feed on until your milk comes in, usually 2 to 3 days after delivery.
