Sure! But some people can't wink right! They just squinch up their eye and it looks like they have something in it!! Lol, so I guess it depends on who is doing the winking!

well if it's in a playful way why not? but if it was some perverted looking old dude...umm NO. lol. Honestly though, a guy winking at a girl is kinda rude, i mean if you wanna get our attention, i'd prefer if you just walked up to me and said hi, my names blah blah....that shows confidence and respectfulness, rather than a wink which is kinda what an egotistic jerk would do....srry to say.

Yeah but only by the opposite sex.
This guy in my local restaurant always gives me a wink whenever i place an order and its really annoys me!

Totally depends on who it is winking at me.
If it was some super hot guy - I would love it if he winked at me.
If it was a 70 year old midget with a limp... not so much.

no, because it usually means i have to wink back, and I look ridiculous when I wink, like I have something stuck in my eye...

YES! My kitty has been winking at me all day, (but it could be the soot from our wood stove flying through the air that's been making her do that). =(
