A small container of chai tea and cinnamon sticks, or a seasonally flavored coffee substitute with chocolate sticks would be a nice but small gift.

I know it will take you some time cooking, but what about gift baskets with home made biscuits and sweet treats, minature jars of jam, or relish or chutney, peanuts, some Christmas candles (you can decorate those yourself, with paints and glitter) or any other things you may wish to include.
Wrap the baskets in clear celophane and tie with baubles and thintinsel or ribbon.
Cheap, meaningful and very thoughtful gifts suitable for everyone.
Hope my suggestion helps.
Have a very merry Christmas.

Last year me and my wife made ornaments and used them as name tags! That might be cool for just a little something to each family. Not real expensive just go to the craft store!

go to a dollar store and buy picture frames. decorate with hot glue or not. you can always take a pic at the party to send to them along with the thank you. If not there are always inexpensive candles or mugs. uses the mugs for egg nog and then let them take them home.
Enjoy
