The story is, and I believe this to be the closest to the truth as we are going to get, is his bowels were severely impacted from his eating habits and the dozens of pills he took every day.
He was probably having an onset of a heart attack when he sat down and that just happens to be where he was at the time. I sincerely doubt it was "mid dump".
