goods and bads about Yohimbe herb?

got it from gnc: general nutrition center. it also had horney goat weed with it
1st time i took it. it kept me awake half the night.

Well, the good thing is that it can enhance you sexually, but I'm afraid the bad is (and especially when mixed with alochol or cheese) it can fasten your heart rate and lead to a heart attck...

Depends on your age and what you want it to do? There is another herb that works even better.
