I would start eating a healthy diet (organic when you can), avoid anything white (sugar, four & rice) & fast food, sodas & drink lots of water. I would start an exercise program, that you can stick with & enjoy doing & will con't doing, like biking, running, dancing, swimming or take a cardio work-out class (at least 3 times per week for 1 hour) I would also do yoga or pilates on the alternate days or just walk. Both the intense exercise & alternate yoga will deal with your stress....you will have no problem succeeding...
and don't stress out about it...this is lifestyle change not a diet change.... good luck...
*before any exercise program, make sure you're in good health.

Do you have time to walk or to ride a bike? If not you can exercise in front of your TV. Walk the stairs, do aerobic exercises or dances. There are all sorts of exercise programs on the TV in the morning. You can do push ups on the wall. Leg lifts on the floor, tricep exercises on a chair or a step, jump rope, jumping jacks. Be creative but keep moving for 20 or 30 minutes. Don't crash diet but cut out a little of the fattening stuff. Keep some to keep you satisfied and so you don't binge. I walk sometimes at work on my lunch break outside around the building. Can you get some light weight dumbbells? Muscles burns calories so if you build a little muscles a long the way it will be quicker. Good luck, I hope you get there.

Check your daily consumption pattern. Your intake of calories will be more than you consume. Change this pattern, it should help you to reduce your weight.
