when i was in lawenforcement I discovered that there is alot of money to be made on the backs of stupid people..think about it ...people commit really stupid crimes so you have to hire professionals to maintain the stupid people so they dont hurt themselves other stupid people or some of the not so stupid people..first you have the lawenforcement agency police..sheriffs dept..state police..the DA the judge the criminal attny to defend the stupid then the jailor and the prison staff...just think how much money we could save if more people would quit doing stupid and really stupid crimes...so being stupid is against the law if the stupid act becomes a misdemeanor or a felony....mmmmmmmmmm call the cops anyway...it may be fun just to watch...but thats a misdemeanor so dont get stupid

Being stupid is not against a law, it is better against the law to take immoral advantage of being a higher intellect.

I wish it was. If I could just get support for my bill, "Stupid People Shouldn't Breed", this problem would take care of itself in a few generations.
