at work today one of my employees was behind me with another male employee. I was setting the alarm to leave for the night, and i could see his reflection in the window~ he was looking at my butt with this big stupid grin on his face. The other employee told him to knock it off, and that's when i turned around. It didnt bother me, or offend me. I personally think this kid is a jerk anyway, but i was just wondering.... is it sexual harassment??

If his actions create a 'hostile work environment' for you, then you can claim sexual harassment. In truth, it is difficult to prosecute sexual harassment based on a single look no matter how rude. Still, you should document the incident in case he continues this behavior or it gets worse (by writing out all the details of the incident in a personal journal, including time, and whoever witnessed it). Since you're not offended by it, it is not considered sexual harassment.... yet. But guys like that tend to be repeat offenders.

Technically, this is sexual harassment, especially in the work place. Although, if it dosen't bother you, you probably shouldn't say anything or make a big deal about. If it does persist, you might want to tell him to stop.

No it's not. It's one guy being a jerk. You will meet many of them in life. You can't sue all of them.
