How about the Synergy Squad?
It has relevance to the group dynamics theme and it sounds like a cheerleading squad. :)

"Fun4Lass" , team of four, with motto : "live today, and live tomorrow -- living becomes a habit from the day after!". Logo: a large F with a large L entwined on the body of F and closely followed by a large 4 in some soft, pleasing colour pattern! Have fun!

Well, it sounds like yall are going for a "girl power" type of theme so, why not go classic. I suggest "The Pink Ladies" like from the movie Grease. They had that "let's just have fun" thing going on, and it goes well with your motto. Hope it helps.
