Just stick it in the ground and water that patch till it germinates. Best to water early or late ,not in the middle of the day.

Your best bet would be to plant it in soil.

You can easily make a mini greenhouse out of an empty plastic soda bottle that you'll fill with soil and then place your stone inside of it.

You can also place it between a moist napkin inside of a plastic sandwich bag and keep it in a warm area until it germinates. I'll link you to two examples of what I'm talking about below. I like the sandwich bag method because it doesn't require soil and I do lots of citrus seeds this way. The links below have pics so you can see what I mean. Both methods would work for the mango stone.

Also, to help your mango stone out you can peel off the husk and expose the seed inside to get faster germination.
