okay so the other day i took an adderall pill, 2 hydroxycuts and 1 one a day weight control vitamin pill. and i have been sick throwing up for the past 2 days! what's going on with me?

Besides the obvious, combining drugs can make your really sick. You've also become dehydrated which can be very dangerous, if you don't replace your electrolytes...make sure you're drinking lots of water, peppermint tea for your stomach or some gatorade...
You need to make an apt. with your doc. & find out what's going on, it could be something more serious.

u have OVERDOSED!
those pills only help by making u lose ur bodys water. if u peeed alot befor the whats happening is that u r dehidrated & now u r sick! take a gatoradi & stop the pills! or atleast 1 pill a day

well i guess you found the secret to diet success. you will lose lots of weight after throwing up for two days. and if you try real hard you maybe can lose all the weight you ever dreamed. when your dead because your stupid, everyone will come to your funeral and say. look how thin she is doesn't she look great. too bad it will be the last time they see you. SMARTEN Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
