It depends on how much you wanna pay. The nicer, more romantic ones are Caesars, Wynn, Venetian and Bellagio. Me and my boyfriend stayed in a suite at the Flamingo for Valentine's Day, which was AMAZING, but we have a hook up through his grandmother, so I'm not sure what it costs to stay in the suites. You can get romance just about anywhere if you're willing to pay a little more for a nicer room. Mandalay Bay, MGM, Paris and Mirage are nice, and more moderately priced. If you go to Expedia.com and search there, you can get ratings and prices for all the hotels on the strip.

There are so many, pick a 5 star type and see about a package deal and if you want a suite or regular room. Each of those big hotels has some sort of theme or special feature which you can check out no matter which one you stay at.

The last time I was there, I stayed at the Rio. It was fabulous. A lot of attractions in the casino itself, and fabulous views of the strip at night. Also, if you do go to Las Vegas and don't stay there, at least visit the Rio casino and go up to the Voodoo Lounge. Your next trip you'll be staying at the Rio.

VENETIAN...! but its totaly up to your budget cuz everything there is just fine for couple...you can stay at MGM and at night get a limo to go see places and different club in different hotels..... las vegas is the place to be.. all kind of happenings, and it doesnt matter what hotel you stay cuz you can go to all hotels to party, shop, dine in.. :)
I think just make sure the hotel will be on the strip (las vegas boulevard) so you can just walk to hop to another hotel...

Mandalay Bay - has a beach and a great restaurants.
What could be more romantic then spending the day beach-side in a cabana having a great massage and then a delicious dinner - so decadent!
