What is her attraction on the man? she knew he had 2-timed her with the other woman. She saw him on the bed of the other woman. He is a divorcee with a bad past!!...but have lots of money now and she only met him 8mths back!!......so, whats for her?

My guess is that it's the ego boost of knowing she is more desirable than the other woman.
In a way it's a challenge -- can she steal this guy? But it's also the easiest challenge to win because the guy is already known for cheating on his women. So it is an ego boost that won't take a lot of work and is pretty sure to succeed. Plus, she'll get a guy with some money to spend on her.
Of course, she's not thinking ahead to the next woman who sees the same opportunity. Or she thinks she can keep him no matter what.
There are a lot of positives for her and hardly any negatives.

You're forgetting that the man also plays a role in this affair. They're both to blame not just the woman. Let them both live in their drama and stay out of it (if you can) so you can be at peace.

It's all about ego and feeling superior. She isn't in for it family reasons. And is not capable of looking forward that far. Still, there is not much arguing with raw sexual appeal.
