I know I may not give much detail but please read................ about rent?

I am scared. I had an issue with my rent with my landlords where as I was told I would be reuimbersed for my rent which they are know denying they said. I am currently not working and my bf pays the bills and he dont wan to pay them right now- he wants me to take them to court over the situation- if you would like more detail please email me. But the reason I am not working- I just gave birth a couple weeks ago- to a premi. I dont know what to do. I dont want them to evict me. My boyfriend said he is going to pay the rent but he wants to get everything for the baby first then pay them slowly. But he still wants to take them to court about the incident.

Pay the rent first in order not to be evicted because it will be very hard for you to transfer since you just gave birth. The problem with the contract must be threshed out later.
