yes. it is called an erection. An erection is when a boy's penis hardens and lengthens. Most erections are not straight, and tend to either have a curvy bend upwards or to either side. Many boys worry that their penis is smaller than other boys', but most penises are around the same size when erect.

A guy with a hard penis is really hard, but it can go limp/soft again when he is turned off. It means he is aroused or turned on sexually. Young guys get "hard ons" all the time. More blood flow rushes to the penis making it erect or hard. Hope this helps.

it means a man has an erection - this is when blood is diverted from the body and is pumped into the tissue in the penis. this makes the penis "inflate" and makes the head of the penis face up. (it looks like a banana in shape). it feel rigid to touch but it can be moved from side to side or up and down. it just feels harder than when his penis is flaccid.

may i suggest some sort of sex ED before going anywhere near an erect penis just to make sure you know all the risks involved when having sex.

First, how old are you? When they say ; "it's hard" It's in the erect state. The normal state it is softer and limp. You can tie in a knot (If you have enough) in this state. When it is erect you can't bend it or fold it. Also in this state it makes penetration easier. In the soft state it is almost impossible to penetrate. So when they say; "It's hard" They are telling you they have an erection. Hope that help.

It's a slang term for a man having a erection. When a man becomes physically excited (ready for sex) his penis becomes erect, and this is called a "hard on". Yes, it's actually harder then other times.

You are obviously very young and inexperienced. The penis, it gets hard beginning at around age 12. Around age 23 you gotta ask, "how long can I keep this sucker active?" Around age 36 you say, "great job so far boy, got any new tricks?" and then at 53 you gotta ask it or more realistically beg it to "please keep this up for another decade or two?!".

The blood rushes to the penis when the male is excited. The penis needs to erect (hard) for intercourse.

When a man is sexually turned on, his penis, which is usually soft and flaccid, fills with blood and becomes turgid also known as a hard on.

It's hard--blood in the man's body rushes to his penis, and it gets erect.
