My street and driveway is all bumpy and rocky. the sidewalk is the only smooth surface. I dont feel comfortable riding my skateboard on the street because its all rocky. should i avoid skating there cuz it will mess up my wheels? or it doesnt matter?

Yes, avoid it, unless you have a healthy budget for replacement wheels and good health insurance for when you get thrown to the ground.

Just pushbroom the rocks away, or skate on it anyway. Your wheels will be fine but if you hit a big enough rock you'll get tossed. Skate on the sidewalk or a nearby parking lot that has been resurfaced. Your wheels will be fine though, you might jsut get some cuts and bruises.
