Just stood still, feeling your hairs rise on your arms and your heart pounding with anticipation as to what it could be? While waiting close your eyes in fear or in anticipation as to what was going to happen? With eyes closed you feel a soft whisper................. do you run or face it?

in many differing ways yes, although it is some what unnerving I tend to welcome what ever presence there may be and affirm this with the will of god. there is far more in this place than we can understand but we should not fear it by anymeans.

I was meditating under a tree in Thailand one night with a group of Buddhist monks and a large snake came down the tree over my shoulder and down my body before stopping for about 5 minutes then slowly moving off into the jungle again

Jeez, I wish I lived in your house. I would grab and hold on; which would probably scare the crap out of whatever it was and it would run. Just my luck.

As far as I could say, I have never experienced such occurence.

But, if ever I would experience such, probably, I'll face it.
