California. I have been all over the United States and I love so many places, but a roadtrip up the California coast will provide you with a little bit of everything! The most breath taking scenery and some very unique and interesting cities. The natural beauty is unreal with the beaches and national parks. If you enjoy nature California is the place to go, but if you love city life its all there too! There is also history everywhere you go. Not to mention a lovely climate in the southern part of the state.

HAWAII.
Why? Because you'll never be the same. The people are the best I've come across in all my (admittedly limited) travels throughout the country, the climate is always tweaked by the hand of Mother Nature to perfection, the scenery is all-natural and breathtaking, there's always something to do, the people know how to be in touch with nature and their neighbors at the same time and respect both the natural and humanistic world, everyone is treated as a brother, not to even begin to mention the abundance of shopping, nightlife, and ocean-related activities available each and every day and night.

Delaware. No- I'm NOT kidding! Think about it; it's SURROUNDED by EVERYTHING you can think of to see & do within 1 or 2 hours drive!!! There's N.Y.C.; Casinos; Beaches; all kinds of Fishing & Hunting; Our Nations Capitol; mountains nearby for Hiking... And if you DON'T happen to feel like Driving very far on some days- you can ALWAYS check out the Malls around Dover & find cheaper goods, services & places to Stay- than ANYWHERE else in the 5 State Area!!!

Calfornia. There are so many wonderful places to visit within a reasonable distance and the weather is generally good. From San Francisco you can visit the redwood forests (John Muir Woods) north of SF, or Napa Valley for fine wine and food and four hours drive is Lake Tahoe my favorite.

Florida, because there is so much you can do. And the people are really friendly (unlike California & New York). I mean there is Universal & Disney resorts, the ocean, & so many great places to visit.
