Something that I started doing a while back has made a difference in my day.. I try every morning to wake up with something I'm grateful for. Sometimes it's the beautiful pink sky out my window. Other times I think of my sons who live far away now but are awfully good to me. I wake up thankful that I have some land in the woods where I can enjoy quiet. This sort of mindset in the morning works for me and seems to set me off to a better day than when I woke up grumbling to myself. When the snow comes and it's cold and I have to get up and shovel though, it gets a little harder to think so cheerfully first thing in the morning, instead I want to snuggle back up in bed and say "too bad I have to work for a living!".

it varies... sometimes i think about a bad thing that i am dreading that i will have to do that day, or sometimes i wake up thinking about a dream i just had... stuff like that. =)

get the **** up lazy one, you have school.
then usually my poor tummy rumbles and i go eat some leftovers...never an actual breakfast.
