It certainly depends what type of mood I'm in.
I live in Kansas, so we get a little of both.
Most of the time, I would prefer colder weather, because you can wear extra clothes to make yourself warmer, whereas, in the summer, you can't really do anything to make yourself cooler.

I like Hot Weather way more. Plus you see good looking girls in bikini's at the beach in hot weather! You can't beat that! Or can you?

I LOVE cold weather. It is 20 below here and I layed down in the snow for half an hour just to enjoy it. I had to come back inside when my fingers went numb (this was inside triple layered mittens)

I will take the mild weather of spring and fall rather than the hot summer or icy winter. Don't like either extreme particularly.
