I would take the machine to a place that sells/works on machines and ask them. You could have it threaded wrong, not pulling the bobbin thread up, the tension could be wrong, there are several possibilities. And its just frustrating - takes all the fun out of sewing.

Is this a regular sewing machine or a serger? Do check your tension also. When you thread the machine, make sure you have a "tail"-about 6 inches of thread pulled from the spool and the bobbin. That way when you press the pedal, the rising arm wont cause the thread to go back through the needle and get bunched up. If it is tangled around the bobbin that can cause the problem you are describing too. Just so slow until you are familiar with the machine-sounds like its new? If the machine is a serger, CAREFULLY follow the instructions. If there is a video, watch it and pay close attention. I hate threading mine-one small mistake and I get snapped threads all over the place. Worst comes to worst, ask at Joanns or if there is a local sew and vac repair shop. Most wont charge a lot to show you what you are doing wrong. Good Luck!

Sorry, but you're doing something wrong, I think. Why would you RE-Thread it thru the needle?

You should have one thread from the spoon thru the various tension apparatus that ends threaded through the needle.

You should have another thread coming up from the bottom from the bobbin that then is used to form the stitch.

The thread is getting stuck somewhere. Is it catching in the little slot of the spool? Or in the spot where the thread disappears inside the machine in order to go around the little metal bar, do you have it on the wrong side of the bar?

Its been a while since I have sewed, but there should also be a bobbin thread which uses them both to make the stitch.

Do you still have the instruction manual? You may find some helpful tips in it.

sounds like the tension is to tight, try to loosen it. You may have to read the directions on how to do it with your machine.
